A Trip To Florida's Speeches
FlORIDA BEACH The trip to Florida was hard, it took one and a half days to get there. We drove 15 hours to get to Florida, but it was worth it. As soon as we got there we went into the cabin,we got our suitcases out, put them inside and went right to the beach. The sand felt so good and squishy on My feet, the water felt nice cold But the thing I was worried about were the sharks, the good news was that they weren’t even close to the shore. A day later we had fun on the beach with my brother, and our friend named Dane. We were building a sandcastle! “Thats a cool sand castle.” my brother Austin tolled them as we came over. “ Don’t destroy it!” my brother Dane said back to us. “ We won’t, but can we help?”I said begging them. “ No!” my brother Dane yelled to me as they were building the sandcastle. …show more content…
“ Come on let them help,” the other Dane said to my brother “ Ok fine,You can come!”my brother Dane yelled back to us from the sandcastle “ Yes.” me and my other brother whispered to each other.
We went over to build the sandcastle but then when the sandcastle got destroyed we started digging a hole.
“ Wow that’s a deep hole.” a girl told us as she was walking by. Pretty soon there were people coming over to look at the sandcastle. Some girls were taking selfies and also taking pictures, even some girls went in the hole to take a selfie, but for some reason the boys were not interested in the hole, all they were interested were about themselves.
Some time later the hole got deeper and deeper and deeper until we got to the water. “ This is a deep hole.” a girl tolled us. “ Yeah.” another said surprised. Pretty soon people were taking pictures and saying that the hole was very

Aurorah, the sandpit is a great stage for imaginative play, where you can turn sandcastles into pretend birthday cakes with bark candles. According to constructivist theory (Piaget, 1945), children have an inner drive to build an understanding of their world as they explore and interact with materials. Aurorah, that is what you were doing on this occasion, you were taking a special cultural custom of celebrating someone's birthday and rein-acting it through sand play. You incorporated all the important elements of a birthday celebration into your play, you included a birthday cake, candles, you sang the “Happy Birthday” song, and you blew out the candles. This is a custom that you would have experienced and been apart of many times both in your home setting and at Jump Start. Where To Next:…

“Ouch.” I said as I rose from the sand, rubbing my head. I looked up and saw the helicopter, perfectly landed, which was weird because the last thing I remember was the tail spiraling us out of control and me renting it of course. I looked around and saw nothing but sand, water, and trees, lots and lots of trees. I slowly stood up and brushed the sand off my pants and shirt. I saw that the shoes I had been wearing were no longer on my feet, which was a bummer because I had just gotten them.…

Have you ever wanted to take a long walk on the beach alone? Well, I have when I was four years old. I stayed in a white motel called, "The Atlantis" off the shore of old Orchard Beach, Maine. This is what happened. Being a normal four-year-olds, I took a nap on the red floral printed comforter. When my parents finally had decided to take a nap, I had just woken up. So, I didn't want to just fall back asleep, I decided to leave. I jumped out of bed and unlocked the door as quietly as possible, but it still had squea want to just fall back asleep, I decided to leave. The real story is about a seashell. I picked up a seashell by the edge of the waters, i.e. ‘by the sea shore’. The picnic was actually a business meeting in disguise but I felt it would be ‘’unnatural’’ to come to the beach and not get my feet wet. Literally. So when it drew near to the time for us to leave, I took a walk to the waters.…

The next day, we took a tour to around the island by boat. I could watch the light colored sail boats disappear in the distance; there was bluish pastel water in front of me that went on for miles and miles. Looking out, I saw dolphins and thought how their lives are so wonderful. There was grayish blue color shimmer in the orange yellow sky making me feel happy that I got to see them for a split moment. The sun was starting to go down giving the water an orange glowing look. The ocean had its own ways of making me feel calm and relaxed.…

On the drive up to Palmer to meet up with our friends, I had a permanent smile on my face from the excitement. We made our way up to the Matanuska Glacier where our adventure would take place. After all the safety briefings, the question that kept popping up in my head was "what do I do if I were to fall in"? Little did I know that the answer that I would get from the guide would soon be used to save my life and stick with me for the rest of my life. As we geared up for the ride we were all enjoying the nice weather and the joys of friendship.…
