In the battle of Lexington still acted like a boy. He feared the British. He ran away from them and was truly scared of the redcoats. Once he met Solomon Chandler, he realized that he wasn’t scared of the British anymore. This showed maturity in Adam. Adam came of age while traveling with Solomon Chandler. He learned that life went by and the death of his father didn’t mean the world would end. That was another important thing that showed Adam’s maturity. He understood the importance of his father’s death but knew that nothing would bring him back and that life had to go on. When the colonists prepared themselves to fight against the British for a second time, Adam saw the true color of war. He thought like a mature adult. He though that war was disgusting. He no longer felt warmth towards Solomon Chandler because Solomon enjoyed killing the British. Adam did not enjoy war. He fought against the British to get revenge for his father. While in war Adam got caught up in the war. Cousin Simmons had to pull him out of the shooting. If he didn’t Adam would have probably gotten shot. Adam comes of age during the fighting with the British, the talking with Solomon and the later fight with the British. He learns that life has to continue no matter what happens. This idea helped Adam come of age. Before the Battle with the British Adam was a boy that was often put down by his father and never spoke up or did anything brave. When signed the book to go off and fight, the journey of his coming of age…

If I would to be a Hollywood producer and if I remade this for a 21st century speaker, I would use a celebrity person named Miranda Crosgrow cast as a speaker, and I would set the scene in San Diego, California. The reason why I would put it in San Diego, California, is because it is very nice there and there is a lot of people to be found there that can be useful for a lot of things. There are Celebrities there as well. It is just a good city overall since it’s in California anyways, where there is good weather, a good scenery is always good. The “Seven Ages of Man,” by William Shakespeare’s play I think that Miranda Crosgrow would be good as the speaker and I could compare her to this act of William Shakespeare’s scene. Miranda Crowgrow played…

two decades from the 1980s to 2001. In 2000, the National Football League began seeking out potential replacements for their official provider of headwear and began accepting manufacturers’ bids for a licensing agreement. Once the NFL’s contract with American Needle eventually expired in March 2001 and was not renewed. The NFL went with Reebok as its new licensee of their headgear. This is where the legal issue comes into play. On December 1, 2004, American Needle brought the present action against the New Orleans Saints asserting that the Sherman Antitrust Act was violated and American Needle alleged that the defendants’ exclusive arrangement with Reebok constitutes a restraint of trade under the per se rule and the rule of reason, in violation of section 1 of the Sherman Antitrust Act which states “Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among several States, or with foreign nations, is hereby declared to be illegal. Every person who shall make any contract or engage in any…
If someone attempted to rape you, fail to succeed, and then beat you, what would you do? Go to the police and risk nothing coming of an investigation? Pretend it never happened and sweep it under the rug, just to manifest in your later years as perhaps a mental illness or PTSD? I believe that Bean going to a lawyer and pressing charges was the best way to handle this problem. Why? Well, because Jerry Maddox needs to pay, the town needs to know, and Liz needs justice.…

In an article written by Lauren Suval she goes into depth about the insecurities in relationships caused by social media and states, “If your significant other has hundreds of Twitter followers, and many of them are opposite sex, getting jealous over something as trivial as having a social media account is not so far-fetched. So much weight is placed on favorites, retweets, likes and comments. For some people, a mere favorite on a tweet has the power to be interpreted as flirting. That can lead to a number of worrisome thoughts by one partner and cause unnecessary strain on a relationship.”(Suval) In an article by Psychology Today, it discusses how social media gets in the way of past relationships they never seem to be forgotten. When an ex…

“Yeah, I was a brother on the streets of Compton doing a lot of things most people look down on but it did pay off. Then we started rapping about real stuff that shook up the LAPD and the FBI. But he was just doing what he had to do to survive in an extremely tough neighborhood he grew up in. “...tough area of South Central Los Angeles---Eazy-E dropped out of school in the tenth grade and began his own record…
