THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction

The globalization trend in the 21st century is to effectively and efficiently spawn the delivery of educational services to generate progress in the attainment of quality life for all. More than ever, state leaders strive to invest in quality education as a niche for their nations to develop their people into world class citizens in asserting their future and destiny so in the end they have the active share in building a better world free from natural and human miseries (Harvey 2008). One goal of education is to encourage human development. However, an individual can only be enlightened from illiteracy and poverty in the course of education. Youth must be armored with useful knowledge and skills for their active involvement. They must be prepared with important understanding and right attitude to function and live well in the society. Apparently, every learner is given the chance to acquire good education that serves as a light towards the right path. Without it, a man cannot stand alone by his own because education is a primary weapon to face the challenges in life that may come his way. Many students have their own way acquiring knowledge. The extent of student’s learning in academic may be determined by the grades that a student earns when a period of learning has been done. It is believed that a grade is primary indicator of such learning and serves as the primary basis for determining the learner’s level of acquisition of knowledge.
Background of the Study

Each person in this world has his own ways of acquiring knowledge in order to find a better and effective habit to make learning easy. In local scenario, students continue to learn in an actual and natural setting. This is the reason why the progress of learning became slow.
But as the year pass by, learning becomes more dependent on the mentor’s ability to transfer knowledge and information to their student. That is why student’s start
