Significance of the Study The results of this study would be of great importance to the following:

To the students, the results of this study would be of value since all the development of the school are specifically geared towards providing them with quality education they need; adequate in all respect to be able to transform them into what they are capable of becoming. Also it is intended to help them with the use of those Electronic Gadgets with the daily activities they will meet.

To the teachers who, guided by the findings in this investigation, would be made of aware of the roles they have to perform in the best of all possible ways on how students would used Electronic Gadgets during English subject.

Scope and Delimitation of the Study

The locale of this study is Banyaga National High School, one of the public high schools of Agoncillo that provides free education for the youth. It is situated at the mountain foot of Banyaga beside our elementary school.

This study generally aimed to analyzed the effect of Electronic Gadget Using Habits to Academic Performance in English and proposed that there should be a strict monitoring regarding the use of those gadgets in school S.Y 2012-2013.

The study includes all the high school students utilizing stratified sampling and all the teachers who participated in the survey as respondents.

    The use of technology in higher education has become a very critical point in Schools, Universities, and many other learning institutions. Teachers, school educators however found it very helpful to increase the number of students attending colleges and provide a better way of learning.
