Why were they earning more? Why do they have a better job? Why, why, why, all this questions coming to me. All of them comparing my life with theirs. They were buying luxury cars, traveling, shopping, living on Austin downtown high rises. And me? Well I was living a normal life with a job that I don’t like, driving a car that I don’t like ( cant complain either), on a house that is not bad at all, but its not one of those expensive apartments with an amazing view of the Colorado River. After a lot of thinking there were two things I realized that made…

Employers must perform job analysis, develop job descriptions, evaluate the value of job/position in the organization, develop pay structure and pay levels to create competitive employee compensation and benefits (Cascio, 2010).…

It will also be the human resources department role to explain benefits and incentives to the new employees so that the new employees are optimistic about their new employment. A weak project team is a set up for failure. It is important to make sure there are no problems between team members, and if problems arise, that the team will deal with them accordingly in a timely manner. It is also important to make sure that each member of the team is appropriate for the project, meaning that they understand how to do the work and are technologically able to do so. The team needs to constantly remain organized and always be in communication with each other. Differences between team members will give the opportunity for varying viewpoints, which could be significant to the project. However, if communication between these team members is not up to par, they will not be able to share their ideas and therefore the project may suffer.…
