Mission statement analysis

Warid’s mission statement:
We will continue to challenge ourselves and set new performance standards by investing in the future of our people and seeking knowledge and innovation in order to exceed customer expectations and serve our community.
Analysis:
Customer: In the last line customers are being focused.
Employer: In the second line employees and stakeholders are addressed.
Survival growth: In the very first line by challenging themselves and setting new performance goals warid is focusing on the survival growth.
Self concept: “seeking knowledge and innovation in order to exceed customer expectations and server our community” in this line they are focusing on the self concept.
Technology: seeking knowledge and innovation in these words technology is also indirectly addressed.
Public Image: In the line in which they are making self concept they are also trying to build public image.
Statement lacks three points (products, philosophy and marketing)
Pizza Hut's Mission Statement:

We take pride in making a perfect pizza and providing courteous and helpful service on time all the time. Every customer says, "I'll be back!"
We are the employer of choice offering team members opportunities for growth, advancement, and rewarding careers in a fun, safe working environment.
We are accountable for profitability in everything we do, providing our shareholders with value growth.

Analysis:

Customer: In the second line customers are being focused.
Employers: In the second paragraph pizza hut’s concern about their employees is being shown.

Public Image: In the first and last paragraph they are trying to build the public image.
