Description of Duties and Responsibilities

As a trainee or an intern, I have lots of duties or responsibilities to do on Reliability department. I was able to help the regular employee especially my supervisor, through these following; * Sorting/ segregating all Pilot Reports and Maintenance action as recorded in the AML (Aircraft Maintenance Log) and CML (Cabin Maintenance Log) of both Airbus (A319/A320) and ATR (ATR72) aircrafts.

* Sequencing all Pilot Reports and Maintenance action as recorded in the AML (Aircraft Maintenance Log) and CML (Cabin Maintenance Log) of both Airbus (A319/A320) and ATR (ATR72) aircrafts.

* Entry/ Encoding (in the PC based program ) of Pilot Reports and Maintenance action as recorded in the in the AML (Aircraft Maintenance Log) and CML (Cabin Maintenance Log) of ATR (ATR72) aircrafts. it serve as their information of the companies.

* Daily collection of AML (Aircraft Maintenance Log) and CML (Cabin Maintenance Log) of both Airbus (A319/A320) and ATR (ATR72) aircrafts in the A-plus office.

* Giving Memos and receiving signatures to different department every time they’ll having their reliability meetings on monthly basis the results of reliability analysis for product enhancement and submission to the Regulatory Authority.

* Scanning, Photo copying, Filling of documents.

* Receiving phone calls from personnel within and outside the office

* Microsoft excels preparation/ Typing (Microsoft Word).

* Cleaning and arranging office equipment.

* Performs other associated duties that superiors may asked.

Furthermore, through these on-the-job training, it also enhanced my communication skills, as well my technical skills. That I know could be a plus point the sooner I landed on a job. And could help me eases the culture shock in dealing on the actual field and with different specialized people of their
