I believe education is a powerful and important asset to human development. Society depends on the education of our youth today and also on trying to educate students to be responsible and considerate to others. Teachers today are faced with teaching children to understand who they are in themselves and in society. An individual's development is based on their education through out their childhood. Education is the challenge to give a firm foundation for future growth. Knowing how to be an affective teacher, where the students can understand and learn is the most significant factor of being a teacher.
Education is one of the most important values in a person's life. It shapes many of our choices, attitudes and expands our potential. I would like to become a teacher because I believe that teachers play a vital role in the development of students, by serving as mentors who instill hope in students and demonstrate unbending patience in order to nurture their advancement.
I believe our experiences formulate our perception of reality. So as a teacher I want to inspire hope in children in order to make this quality an element in their reality. I want to be able to help children realize their goals and potential in life, and as a teacher I will have the opportunity to give them the tools to reach those goals. Becoming a teacher will enable me to devote my time, to provide strength and hope where it is needed, and to demonstrate belief in students. I think my dedication and commitment can make the difference in a child's life.
My idea of teaching is knowing how to have patients. As a personnel manager for one of the largest employment agencies in America, I have gained many valuable experiences and traits that I believe will greatly assist in ensuring high academic achievement for students. An example of how patience has played an active role in my job occurred when one of my applicants that I hired for one of my biggest accounts called the

In my heart I have always wanted to teach. I believe that there are three ingredients to learning. All children can learn, children should be respected as people, and children are children and should be treated that way. I believe that children are able to learn regardless of their race, religion, social status and the environment around them. With a little patience and kindness you can teach a child almost anything. Respect is something that is earned. I believe that if you show children the respect that they deserve they will respect you in return. My goal as an educator is to help children learn in a safe, healthy, nurturing and structured environment. I think that children learn best when there are clear and concise rules and when they are able to participate in their learning. During my teaching experience, I find that children learn with different learning styles. Multiple intelligences play a big role in their learning.…

Hi. I’ve written sixteen drafts. None of them sound like me. I’ve written sixteen opening hooks. None of them sound like me. I cover my eyes as I click DELETE again. The sight is just too painful. Hours of writing, and I’m back at square one, staring blankly at an empty word document. It is two in the morning, and needless to say, I’m tired. At the moment, I need something clever, something to hook the reader with. But my audience isn’t a fish. Plus it is late, and I lack the energy to continue trying to be clever and cute. The reader will just have to understand that I don’t talk in metaphors or begin my daily conversations with clever anecdotes. I put my fingers to my keyboard and type the most straightforward opening I can think of. Hi.…

Everyone asks that question, and now I truly feel I have an honest question in regards to it. I learned that teaching is both a science and a passion, but overall passion drives me. While in the classroom I learned that I found the good in each student, no matter what situation they were a part of or came from. I learned that being a teacher is time consuming and that differentiation is one of keys to success. Overall, I learned that I mean to be a teacher and I am excited to learn more about this field of…

I want to be a teacher for several different reasons. I initially decided teaching was for me when I was in middle school. I had an amazing teacher that helped me through a lot. She made a huge impact on my life, and I knew then that I wanted to be able to do the same for other kids. I later went on to have children of my own, which gave me even more reason to become a teacher. And even with the economy the way it is today, there are actually a lot of opportunities for teaching given the wide variety of jobs a teaching degree can obtain. I also understand the responsibility that comes with teaching and that the job doesn’t end when you leave the classroom. That is why I respect the teaching field as much as I do. I know I still have a long way to go before I get to my teaching career but I feel it will all be worth it when I get there.…

Why become an educator? Being an educator gives me the opportunity to be a role model in my student’s eyes. I will have the fine privilege of nurturing and shaping the future generation of our societies. When I was a young boy growing up in school I didn’t really like it. I was extremely lucky I had two phenomenal teachers in both Construction studies and Engineering who worked with my strengths, encouraging me to be the best I could possibly be. Now I want to be that teacher. I want to fulfil my role as a teacher, to shape my students lives giving them the ultimate educational…

There are many different reasons why people choose to teach. Teaching, like nursing, is a service occupation. To be more precise, teaching is a vocation. Built into teaching is the idea of contributing to the lives of others and for many people the root of their decision to teach is deeper than their love of the subject matter or their attraction to the life of a teacher. Many choose a career in teaching for reasons that are at heart, religious, or humanitarian. These people are called to the profession. The desire to teach began early in the life of the writer and blossomed into a calling as the writer got older.
