BEHAVIOUR POLICY

This policy aims to record a set of agreed practices to ensure consistency in the management of behaviour, help establish the school ethos and promote the School Vision. It supports the PSCHE scheme of work in providing for the spiritual and moral development of the pupils.
Good behaviour is vital in school to ensure that children feel safe and secure as outlined in ECM and to enable learning to take place. This is an essential basis for the school community.

CODE OF CONDUCT

This policy belongs to the setting; it is there for everyone to follow. The policy sets out the guidelines and a step by step guide. Through being a positive role-model and encouraging positive behaviour children should understand how to behave and build self-esteem.

REWARDS AND SANCTIONS

They are here to influence behaviour through rewards or sanctions, there has to be consequences to poor behaviour, to encourage positive. This also instils moral values for their future. All members of staff can give rewards or sanctions but there maybe some that
