Human rights are those that protect the person for the sole fact of being such, without distinction of any kind and valid at all times and places. They ensure the maintenance of a dignified quality of life, guaranteeing the equalization of rights for all and no other normative instrument, no act of giving, doing or omitting by the States, or public or private individuals, must contradict its precepts. Human rights include the right to equality and in a specific way, the right to legal equality, equal opportunities, difference, non-discrimination, information and communication, honor, to dignity, to identity and pluralism, to personal and cultural identity, to the right to legal security, among many others. To improve race relations intercultural educations is needed. In order for a society to become truly intercultural, all its social groups must be equal whatever their culture, life or origin. This means reconsidering not only how we relate to other cultures that are strange to us but also our relationships with groups that are usually minority in our societies, so it is necessary to combine educational, social, political and economic. The objective of intercultural education is to foster and strengthen the basis of a reciprocal relationship either between different societies or between different major cultural and minority groups. This means to realize that diversity must be considered and valued from equality and in no case a justification for marginalization. Discrimination in the workplace is the opposite of fair and equitable treatment at work, which is indispensable in order to achieve a good coexistence that allows everyone to consider work as a place where it is neither torture or disgrace to attend, but also it is fundamental the absence of these discriminations to achieve the maximum productivity of the worker. When we refer to the right to work is for a simple reason the discrimination exercised by the employer is directly against this right. Discrimination in the workplace is the antithesis of every principle of freedom of work. It is not possible to have a freedom of choice of work when it is discriminated in obtaining it.
