EXECUTIVE SUMMERY ABC Company is a biscuit manufacturing company which has a good reputation in Sri Lanka. They had 55 local customers and 05 foreign customers. There objectives were increasing their sales turnover in 20% and they were focusing to expand their international customer base. Mr.De Silva the Finance manager is handling all recruitment. Mostly he has recruited his relatives & the ones who are known to him. The company has 15 vacancies at any given time and 80% of newly joined employees are leaving the company during the first six months. Mr. Benjamin who was residing in the UK was running a catering service & he would like to come to Sri Lanka and settle down. Finance Manager of ABC Company met Mr. Benjamin at an exhibition in the UK and for Mr. Benjamin to find a job in Sri Lanka. Mr.De Silva offered to Mr.Benjamin come to Sri Lanka and work in ABC Company, He would be able to bring in at least 10 new
