It has been days that the animals heard rumors that Jones and his men are coming to attack Animal Farm and take the farm back. Despite the rumors, Snowball has yet to make plans to prepare for the war just in case it was true. Since the animals were busy harvesting for winter, they did not have time to think about the war that was coming to them.
