This research study entitled “THE HOMEMADE FOOD PRODUCTS INDUSTRY IN ORMOC CITY PHILIPPINES THEIR MANAGEMENT, THE VISION, MISSION AND GOALS OF THE INDUSTRY, THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, THE PRODUCTION AND THE PERSONNEL RELATIONS”
This study seeks to answer the following questions: 1. What are the products or services offered by the homemade food product industry in Ormoc City? a. Delivery services b. Promotion offered c. Packaging 2. What are the vision, mission and goals of the homemade food product industry? 3. What is the organizational structure of the homemade food product industry? 4. What are the qualification possessed by the personnel in homemade food product industry in terms of a. Level of education b. Course c. Specialty or assigned task 5. What are the computer related activities in homemade food product industry? 6. What kind/s of machine or equipment used in food production? 7. What are the different policies and regulations made by the homemade food product industry in terms of:
