Every day we encounter fights sometimes small sometimes way more aggravated. The movie The Interrupters shows us how fights can escalates from just talking to someone getting killed. The Interrupters by Steve James uses life stories of the team members and visual arguments to show how circumstances can change someone’s life forever, However they show viewers that CeaseFire changed everyone’s life in a very brief duration while some of the team members were not sure in what they were doing themselves furthermore they never showed a case they failed to solve. The Interrupters gave parents and people who do not deal with this dilemma everyday a great massage. The Interrupters used the cease fire team members background and different visual reasoning very effectively to depict the life of every person that gets involved in these fights. By using the background of the CeaseFire team members Steve James gives the viewer complete example of how a person becomes violent in first place and how just one moment of realization can change their lives completely, just like Ameena’s background gives us an example of how she saw her dad and followed him but when she wanted to change no one could stop her. Another strength that was really prominent was how visual evidence was given throughout the movie in one way or another. Showing the houses and environment of the people involved in fights and the circumstances they lived in like the case with little Mickey and his siblings the movie gives the viewer better understanding of how fights do not only affect one person but several people related to that one person. This example shown in the movie also supports one of the main points about how visual arguments should shape the overall message of the argument as discussed in the book Everything's An Argument. With all the strengths there were certain drawbacks
