Assignment 04.05 Great Depression

The man with the shirt with long sleeves in his mid 30's:
I believe I am the oldest person here. I may look that I have a lot of experience but I really have never been in a situation like this before. I am supposed to be a leader and to know what to do. Right now I am so hungry that my mind is in blank and does not let me stop and think for a moment. We have to act and move on to our next step. How long is it going to last? This woman holding a baby has the hope to get to a better place. My question is, in what tomorrow are our children going to grow? Are they going to have a better future? Like the mother hopes to find a better place I do too.

The young woman in her late teens and her early 20's she is wearing a long dress it an overcoat:

I have lost almost everything that I had and I have been in many places and now I do not know which my next step is going to be. Am I going to find a better place? Or am I going to become a theft like my brothers did? We do not know how our tomorrow is going to look like. We only hope to find a refuge and with help our next meal. We all have no any other option than wait until all this disaster is gone. It has become a war for us because we fight to survive every day.

The mom on the very right holding a baby:

Still on the road without a job and I am looking more and more hungry every day. The next town is just up the road a few miles. Maybe they'll have something, or maybe they'll just tell us what everyone else has been -- to go West. Life on the farm was hard. But at least we had food, and work, and a reason to get up every morning. Now I have no idea what the next day is going to bring for us. But at least we're not alone. Others are fighting like I am, or just trying to find answers like everyone else.
