I received your appointment letter today, and I am honored to inform you that I am accepting the position that you have given to me.
It was very fortunate that some of the Managers elected were disqualified due to their indiscipline action. Although they were hardworking and committed, they have to be replaced.
It is an honor that you have chosen me to be one of the replacements. I was not present during the selection, so I did not have the chance to be nominated.
I do not know if I can be nominated if I were present that time. The fact that I was appointed as the Manager is the reason for me to celebrate.
I must prove to the Board to trustees and to my co-employees of Manila Hotel that I am Worthy of the appointment. I promise that I will do my best to supplement my responsibilities as a Manager to the best of my ability.

I read your letter dated January 20, 2013, inviting me to subscribe to Cleaning Agent Solutions, for a cleaning solution for the stains for both bed sheets and linens.
I am inspired by your good products, I am going to sign the contract for one year. I have enclosed my Allied Bank Check with the indicated amount on it of an initial of P 1,000,000.00 and payable to BDO and the Association of Soaps and Laundry.

I wrote this letter to inform you that I have received only 100 balloons instead of 200 balloons and only 150 give-aways instead of 200 give-aways, as I ordered. I want to refund it with the excess payment with a total of Php 2,250.00, Php 1,000.00 for the balloons and 1,250.00 for the give-aways.
